The Christian Education ministry is the central element of every Church, serving as a resource guide that under girds and nurture each ministry within the Church. The basic function is to Educate, Equip, and  Empower  leaders and members to share their faith, while Expanding  the whole ministry of the Church through the teaching of sound doctrine, workshops for leaders, and seminars with a Holistic approach to develop the whole person both Spiritually, and Socially.         
The Christian Education director works directly with the Pastor, recognizing him as the Spiritual leader and Theological advisor.      He sets the tone through his God given Vision for the Church, along with the implementation of the Church’s Theme.
As director, my task is to follow the directions set forth by the Pastor, acting as overseer, making sure that the basic functions
are carried out, and the types of programs, and curricula are
aligned with the Pastor’s Vision and Theme for the Church.
